Rainbow Fish
Rainbowfish are a small and very colorful freshwater fish, mostly found in northern and eastern Australia and New Guinea and in the Southeast Asian islands. Rainbow Fish grow up to at most 5 inches in length, with some varieties measuring less than 2 and a half inches. Rainbow Fish live in a wide range of freshwater habitats, including rivers, lakes, and swamps. Rainbow Fish are omnivorous and they love to eat small crustaceans, insect larvae, and algae. Many aquarium hobbyists seem to prefer Rainbow Fish in their community tanks.
