All rates listed are for the lower 48 states. If you are an Alaska Resident, please call for shipping options. Information about your Shipment
1. To make sure that you receive the most healthy species of fish available and to reduce the travel stress on your aquatic life, your order will be shipped direct to your door using our system developed specifically for live tropical freshwater and aquarium fish. 2. All orders are shipped priority over night via FedEx. The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with a listing of your items and your Federal Express tracking number for your convenience and so that you can make plans to sign for your order upon your scheduled arrival. Please Note: We encourage someone to be available at the time of delivery to prevent the aquatic life from being exposed to the elements and extreme temperatures. Not being available to quickly unpack and properly acclimate your fish is done at your own risk and we are not liable for fish that die as a result.
3. All freshwater tropical fish orders will include a printed version of our Tropical Fish Acclimation Guide. It is your responsibility to follow the steps in this guide so that you can ensure the good health of your new aquatic life. Please be a responsible aquarium owner and understand how to properly acclimate and care for your items that you purchased.
*We cannot ship any aquarium life to Hawaii or Post Office Boxes. However we do ship to Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico and many areas of the Carribbean for an extra charge. Feel free to call us with questions about shipping.
Returns
1. The shipping package you receive will include a packing slip which details the items in your order and the amount that you have been charged. If this packing slip differs from what was received, please notify us by phone immediately after you receive your shipment at (812-333-7779) or e-mail (service@rfitropicalfish.com).
2. Because of the specific packaging procedures for all freshwater tropical fish, our main concern is for the well-being of all the products that we offer. Therefore we cannot accept any returns of any freshwater tropical fish. We ask you to please make your selections very carefully.
3. In the event you have a fish that does not arrive alive and healthy, please promptly contact our Customer Service Department so that we can give you instructions that allow us to receive evidence of expired aquaria.
